Returns and Exchanges

  • A return policy is included in each box shipped.

  • If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment, please contact Felt Hats at 1-800-789-0839 or 281-586-9037. We will file a claim with the shipper and instruct you on how to proceed with the return.

  • Please call 1-800-789-0839 or 281-586-9037 to receive an “authorization number” prior to returning your package. The authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. The authorization number will allow us to identify your package. You will be asked for this number when inquiring on your return/exchange. Items received by Felt Hats without the authorization number on the package may be delayed.

  • Return unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of its receipt for an exchange or for a store credit slip that can be used towards a future purchase. No refunds are issued. The reshipping fee for exchanges will be charged to the credit card on file, unless another method of payment is provided.

  • Felt Hats makes every effort to process exchanges in a timely manner. You can expect your exchange to be returned within four weeks from the time you mail your return back to Felt Hats. During the Christmas Season (December & January), the returns/exchanges may take longer to process and return due to the holiday rush and restocking of items.

  • Return shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.

  • Please return your hat or cap, in the original packaging along with its packaging materials. We recommend that you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method and insure your package.

  • Include a note inside the package with your name, phone number, and instructions for your return/exchange (Style number & Name, hat size, color, brim size, etc…) If your exchange is needed back by a certain date, please indicate this in your note since expedited shipping method may be needed to get your hat or cap on time.

  • Ship the package to: Felt hats 6825 Theall Lane Ste. B, Houston, TX 77066, USA.

  • During the Christmas Season the return/exchange deadline is extended until January 31st.

  • Special orders are final sales.
